Reporting & Enforcement

How reports, claims, responses, strikes, and appeals work on ESQORTS.

Last updated June 1, 2026

This is a plain-language template to scaffold the platform — it is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified attorney before launch.

Filing a report

Any member can report a profile for harassment, assault or abuse, theft or fraud, fake photos, suspected minors/trafficking, or other safety concerns, and may attach evidence.

Right to respond

The reported party is notified of claims against them and may respond before a decision is made. Both sides' submissions are recorded.

Strikes & enforcement

Depending on severity, outcomes range from a warning, to strikes, to temporary suspension, to permanent ban. Severe safety violations skip straight to a ban.

Appeals

Enforcement actions may be appealed once through your account. Decisions on appeal are final.

Fraud alerts

Confirmed fraud or repeat offenders may be added to an internal blocklist to protect other users.
