1. Eligibility (21+)
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to view adult-oriented advertising in your jurisdiction. By using ESQORTS you confirm you meet these requirements.
Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. Advertising platform only
ESQORTS is an advertising and discovery platform. We do not employ advertisers, do not arrange meetings, and are not a party to any agreement, communication, or interaction between users.
Listings are submitted by independent advertisers who are solely responsible for their content and conduct.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to post illegal content, content involving minors, trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual activity, stolen media, or fraudulent claims.
Violations may result in content removal, strikes, suspension, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement.
4. Verification
Advertisers must complete age and identity verification. We may re-verify at any time and may suspend listings pending review.
5. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESQORTS is not liable for the acts, omissions, or content of users, or for any harm arising from interactions between users.
